Some might argue the ultimate flavour power couple, we use raw cacao powder and fresh orange zest to naturally flavour our delicious chocolate orange fudge. Each batch is traditionally hand made in open pans using Glastonbury Dairy butter, and coconut sugar.
For a simple dessert smash amaretti biscuits and almonds, clementine segments, marscapone and a crumbling of our choc orange fudge to finish. Add a splash of almond liqueur for a more grown up version.
